On Friday, Elon Musk and his cronies gained unfettered access to the systems our country uses to make all payments―including Social Security. Musk has spent the weekend crowing that he will be planning to use that power to cut off individual payments that were legally authorized by Congress.

This is a five-alarm fire―and our job is to get the public’s attention. Can you rush a donation to make sure everyone on Capitol Hill knows that Elon Musk’s MAGA movement is making moves to destroy our Social Security system?

Musk’s ally Vivek Ramaswamy previously claimed (falsely):

“You look at the way in which that money is being spent through Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security…There are hundreds of billions of dollars of savings to extract just from basic program integrity measures.”

With his hands on payments from the Treasury, Musk is poised to try to illegally turn off those payments―with no notice to the people who are counting on them.

We need to raise holy hell to STOP this.
