The reality is that the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crisis has taken a
huge toll on our fundraising this month. We’re down $26,976 compared to
what we had raised at this point in April.

It is a difficult time for millions of working-class people across our
country, this is an unprecedented moment filled with uncertainty. We
understand that and we don’t expect that everyone reading this email will
be able to afford to make a contribution.

would instantly catch up and close the gap on our fundraising.
