Donald Trump doesn’t get it. It’s the President’s job to protect public health — not destroy it.
President Trump’s failed leadership during this crisis is inexcusable, and to make matters worse, he’s finalized his plan to gut President Obama’s clean car standards — a rollback that will have disastrous effects on our air quality, health, and the environment. Today we filed a new lawsuit to stop him.
In today’s lawsuit, we make clear that President Trump is threatening our clean air and public health at a time when we can least afford it.
His rollback kills jobs. His rollback hurts public health. His rollback makes our air dirtier. We can’t afford any of this right now. Not before this crisis, and certainly not during it.
Today’s lawsuit joins over 40 other climate-focused fights against the administration. In nearly all these cases, we’ve won or the case is ongoing. And in a fight as important as this one, team, we need grassroots supporters like you to stand with us. Can you add your name now?
