I want to introduce you to a rising 2020 Democratic candidate in Florida: Adam Hattersley.

Adam is running in one of the most competitive races in the United States, Congressional District 15 in the Tampa area. He's a Navy veteran, a small business owner, and he has what it takes to win his election.

I'm proud to stand with Adam because his values are my values. We share a deep love for this country -- he joined the Navy just days before 9/11 and later served in Iraq.

Just like me, Adam is in for a fight this election, which is why I'm asking you to support us both with a donation today. Can you commit to supporting our races with a contribution split between our campaigns?

Much like our campaign stood up after my predecessor accepted an NRA check just days after the Pulse nightclub shooting, Adam is challenging D.C. corruption in his community. He is running against Ross Spano, a Republican who's under FBI investigation for allegedly taking illegal campaign contributions from his wealthy friends.

His priorities are my priorities: fighting to end gun violence, growing the middle class, addressing climate change, and standing up to the Trump administration’s efforts to limit access to healthcare.

There is no doubt our races will be close, but together, we will keep the House of Representatives blue.
