We just sued Nancy Pelosi.

The Speaker of the House wants elected members of Congress to give away their votes to partisan members of leadership. 

That's wrong. It's against the Constitution. And we're going to stop it. 

So I'm leading a lawsuit against Pelosi, joined by Kevin McCarthy and others, to make Congress do their jobs. 

Do NOT let Pelosi get away with this. Add your name to our petition and tell Pelosi to stop TRAMPLING on the Constitution.

Members of Congress were elected to do a job, and we must do it -- not hand the votes of our constituents off to members unaccountable to them.

One Representative gets one vote. That's how our country works.

But House Democrats aren't showing up to work because Nancy Pelosi passed an unconstitutional proxy voting scheme that will allow them to turn their district's voice over to someone else.

Pelosi and the House Democrats have attempted to damage our constitutional republic again and again, and this has gone too far. 

So we're suing Nancy Pelosi.
