Friends,

Today marks the start of Black History Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the profound impact Black Americans have had on our nation’s history.

From Civil Rights leaders who challenged America to uphold its ideals to the trailblazers and community leaders who have uplifted and shaped the Black community, their contributions are immeasurable.

But while we honor our history, we must also acknowledge the systemic barriers we still face. The fight for true equity and justice isn’t over, and it is our responsibility to continue pushing for progress.

This month and every month, I stand in pride, solidarity, and commitment to building a more just and equitable future for all.

In unity,

Herb
