In his first few days in the Oval Office, Donald Trump wasted no time before he started abusing his presidential power and sidestepping our Constitution to push through a slew of executive orders threatening the rights and freedoms of everyday Americans.

Millions of Americans are afraid or are at risk of losing critical support they need to carry out their lives, support that Congress already approved and is now being unconstitutionally and recklessly taken away.

There are so many things we are worried about with this new administration, and it is easy to lose hope. I am here to tell you that we, as a team, will get through this.

I am laser-focused on holding Trump accountable but I need your support to pull off a victory and help Democrats flip the Senate blue in next year’s election.

But missing fundraising deadlines this early in the cycle is unacceptable because it could set us up for failure before we even fully get started. And right now, I need to raise another $1,632 before midnight to reach my end-of-month goal. So please, friend, I’m humbly asking: Will you chip in $5 or more now to help me defend New Mexico, flip the Senate blue and stop Trump?
