On January 15, the Department of Health and Human Services released the updated 2025 Federal Poverty Level data, which includes increased income levels. This information is used to determine eligibility for the Wyoming Education Savings Account program. Because the Phase One Family Application was launched before this release, some families that completed the application and received a message indicating they were potentially ineligible, may now be eligible.
For families that have previously attempted to complete the Phase One Family Application and were deemed potentially ineligible, or did not receive the screen to complete their contact information, the Wyoming Department of Education recommends re-applying.
