At Trump’s inauguration, billionaires from around the world were front and center in the rotunda — not electeds or supporters, but the 1%. Just a few hours later he went into an executive order signing frenzy that aimed to repeal capping Medicare prescription costs, end birthright citizenship, and more. To top all that off, he then tried to override Congress (and thus the Constitution) to freeze all federal spending for lifeline programs like Medicaid and Meals on Wheels.

It won’t all be successful, but point taken. We’re in for a long, difficult fight.
