Friend food unites us as a community, please share something with our community

Hello Friend,

Last week was an exciting week, we launched our Undocumented Cookbook! 😋We received delicious recipes such as corn pudding, Bengali home-style red lentils, empanadas, and many more. We really appreciate those who took the time to share their family recipes that have been with them for many generations and others which are brand new!

YES SHARE MY RECIPE

Our immigrant community is rich in culture and beautifully diverse, we know that there are many more delicious and creative recipes out there that represent us!

Diversity is beautiful, in our people and in our food, so Friend, please do not be shy to submit ANY recipe! From drink recipes to tasty midnight snacks, we welcome all! Traditional is great, but we are also excited to see your creativity. Whether you are a vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or live for that steak, this is your chance to show off your cooking skills and become a cookbook author!

YES SHARE MY RECIPE

During this pandemic emergency, lots of us have had to get creative in the kitchen to make ends meet. Please submit a recipe to the Undocu-Cookbook and together let’s celebrate our cultures and resilience with food. After all, a happy tummy means a happy life.

We can’t wait to read and cook your recipes, your family recipes, or the recipes of your friends and loved ones. This is your chance, tell us about it! Don’t forget to help us share:
