John, I wanted to make sure you saw our message from Tuesday about our End-of-Month goal. It's easy for these updates to get lost in the shuffle, especially with the extremism of the new Trump administration — each day seems to bring more chaos and a new threat to Americans' fundamental freedoms.
But despite the challenges, our EMILYs List women are stepping up and fighting back. Governors are already working on the ground to protect communities affected by federal funding freezes, and our attorneys general are standing firm to defend birthright citizenship. We're proud to stand behind the leaders who don't just talk about protecting your rights — they take action to safeguard them.
This cycle, we're focused on electing more Democratic pro-choice women up and down the ballot to strengthen our defense against the Trump agenda and take back power. If we fall short of our End-of-Month goal, we risk losing the momentum we need to keep up this fight.
