What a month January was, friend!
We started the month off strong — Yvette was proudly sworn into her 10th term representing Brooklyn and as the 29th chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, the first New Yorker to lead the CBC in 25 years!
Another highlight was launching the Clarke Collective, a community of Yvette’s top supporters who sustain her work and believe in our mission. If you want exclusive events, calls to action, and updates directly from the Congresswoman herself, donate today and become a founding donor →
It hasn’t taken long for trouble to show. House Republicans have spent January pursuing an extreme agenda focused on ending birthright citizenship, pushing an anti-Black agenda, and waging war on our rights and freedoms.
But in the face of it all, Yvette and the CBC are standing strong to hold the line and reverse the ongoing retreat from civil rights.
Yvette Clarke is the ONLY Black woman representing New York in Washington.
