You just scored a huge victory against the capital gains tax hike.

The Trudeau government just announced it won’t enforce the undemocratic capital gains tax hike this year.

Thousands of taxpayers like you took action, signed the petition and emailed politicians. Your action proved to the Trudeau government that Canadians don’t support tax hikes that aren’t approved by Parliament.

You scored a huge victory and that will save taxpayers billions of dollars.

But the fight is not over.

The Trudeau government has not cancelled the tax hike – it just paused enforcement until to Jan. 1, 2026.

That means unelected bureaucrats at the Canada Revenue Agency are still planning to enforce the capital gains tax hike next year even though the government hasn’t actual introduced or passed the actual legislation.

And that’s why we are going to continue our court fight to ensure that no taxes are forced on Canadians without a vote by elected representatives.

But for now, we just want to say THANK YOU for taking a stand and fighting for taxpayers against this capital gains tax hike.

And we want you to know we will keep fighting until this tax hike is scrapped completely.
