This summer, Women's Foreign Policy Group (WFPG) and Women In International Security (WIIS) will co-host monthly virtual career development events. Throughout these events, participants will build upon important career development skills and connect with professionals in international affairs.
Our second webinar event entitled Job-Search Toolkit: Interviews, Salary Negotiation, and Getting Your Foot in the Door will be held on June 16th from 1:00 - 2:00 pm EDT. Either virtually or in person, how can you shine in your next interview? Learn how to prep, put your best foot forward, and negotiate your compensation for your next international affairs job.

New America - Call for Policy Essays!
New America has opened a two-month call for policy essays aimed at bringing new approaches, not even necessarily from inside the foreign/security policy field, to security challenges, broadly defined. We are hoping to get innovative, specific ideas from people who might not see themselves as insiders, or who would normally perceive that their ideas are too unusual to get an op-ed slot in a traditional publication.
