Just 11 days into Trump’s second term, Keith is already holding the line against President Trump and his MAGA allies when they attack Minnesotans’ ability to live their lives with safety, dignity, and respect.

Keith joined 20 other Attorneys General in filing a lawsuit to strike down Trump’s unlawful executive order to end birthright citizenship. The Fourteenth Amendment is clear: if you’re born in the U.S., you’re a U.S. citizen. Trump’s order blatantly violates our Constitution, and Keith is fighting to ensure it never takes effect.

When Trump threatened our health care, communities, and the economy by freezing trillions of dollars in federal spending, Keith filed a lawsuit to stop him. And along with the mounting pressure from outraged Americans, Trump and his cronies were forced to back down.

Trump’s early actions make one thing clear: He only cares about advancing his own extreme political agenda, not people. And this is just the beginning.
