We are in the legal trenches fighting liberal cities who are using taxpayer money to fund the woke racism and transgender agenda…

…and we scored a HUGE win when the San Francisco City andCounty Board of Supervisors voted two weeks ago to settle the taxpayer lawsuit we filed challenging their discriminatory “guaranteed-income” program funded by taxpayer money in favor of transgender individuals with a “preference for biological Black and Latino men who identify as women.”

The Board agreed that they will not continue this program and, very importantly, also agreed that they will not create a newguaranteed-income with the same discriminatory criteria!

No one is fighting harder than Judicial Watch to uphold the concept of “equal protection under the laws” that is enshrined in both the U.S. and California Constitutions, and we are fighting in courtrooms across the country…

…like in San Francisco and Evanston, Illinois (where we are challenging a race-based “reparations” scheme).

These legal challenges are how we turn the tide against the woke Left. They require a ton of research and investigations…and they are expensive!
