Russell Vought is the nominee for Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) – the office that just tried to carry out Trump’s unprecedented federal funding freeze. Trump’s press secretary even said that Vought would have the power to determine which programs receive funding!

And despite Senate Democrats BOYCOTTING the committee hearing, Republicans just unanimously voted to move him forward to the full Senate!
