January 30, 2025 – 20002-141-EA-24 and 20003-246-EA-24 (RECORD NO. 17706) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Joint Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company (CLFP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy and Black Hills Power, Inc. (BHP) d/b/a Black Hills Energy (collectively BHE or the Companies) for Commission approval to join the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM). The public hearing is set to commence on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 9:00 am in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
