In his first days in office, Trump signed an executive order trying to ban birthright citizenship, ended critical protections for LGBTQ+ individuals and fired the Coast Guard’s top admiral—the first woman to lead a branch of the military.

It’s clear that the Trump Administration cares more about starting culture wars and appearing “anti-woke” than about keeping our nation strong or protecting the values our country we founded upon. But Tammy and all of us in this community know that America’s diversity is what makes us stronger.
