Democrats have a reason to celebrate: survey data shows their presumptive nominee, Joe Biden, is making significant inroads into Donald Trump's 2016 voter support.
Specifically, The Washington Post reports that 9% of voters who picked Trump in 2016 are now planning to vote for Joe Biden in 2020.
It's great news. But half as many voters have said they'll switch in the other direction -- from voting for Hillary Clinton in 2016 to voting for Trump in 2020. That number could increase, with the race still close in swing states and Trump still leading Biden on the economy.
That's why we need to consolidate as much Democratic support as we can. Please, tell us now:
