Deleting custom fields

You now have the ability to delete custom fields and export your data!

Previously, users had to ask NGP Support to delete custom fields in their committees, but now users with the correct permissions can do it themselves.

Send your My List to a saved report template

You now have the ability to send the contacts in your My List to a saved report template.

This allows committees with saved report templates to quickly find specific data about the contacts in their list and export that data for additional analysis.

Coming soon: Grid report contact fields standardization

In February, we’re standardizing the Name, Email, and Phone fields in EA, NGP, and VAN grid reports.

You will now be able to report on this data in a uniform and consistent way.

Additional custom field for event forms

You can now add up to 3 custom fields to your event forms. This improvement gives you more flexibility to gather detailed participants data you need, all within Mobilize.

Simply create an event and customize the additional fields section with a third field, just like the first two.
Participants will fill out the extra field during signup, and their responses will be seamlessly available in your organizer dashboard.

Now available: Billing support

At NGP VAN, we’re consistently developing new solutions to better support and empower our customers. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we’re excited to introduce a new support resource geared towards billing and accounting questions. This update is designed to provide a streamlined customer experience that connects you with the right NGP VAN team member faster, ensuring your questions or concerns are addressed as quickly as possible.

Effective February 1, 2025, we will be retiring the [email protected] mailbox and this support page will be the resource for inquiries related to billing. Rest assured that all existing paths to support will remain unchanged. Please continue to access product support as you normally do using the resources available within your software.

TRAININGS

NEW: Advocacy 101 training

We are now offering an Advocacy 101 training! Advocacy 101 is an overview of creating Advocacy forms through Online Actions. This training is intended for users who have not made an Advocacy form before, but do have a general understanding of how Online Actions works, or have at least been to our Forms 101 Training.

Advocacy 101 is offered every other Friday at 3:30pm ET.
