Nearly 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's disease and
over 11 million caregivers are counting on you to help advance our
mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia
- by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and
early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.

We need you to make the ongoing fight against Alzheimer's a
national priority. This escalating public health crisis is everyone's
problem to solve - together. We must stand strong as a
community.

Together, we can make a continued impact this year and beyond.
Your first gift is vital and will help us achieve our goals,
including:

* Enhancing care and support like ALZNavigator(TM), an online
tool that empowers individuals with personalized action plans
and specific resources tailored to their unique situations,
including veterans and those awaiting diagnosis.

* Continue advancing research through TrialMatch®, a free,
easy-to-use service that engages more than 4,000 monthly users
with clinical trials, advancing Alzheimer's research by
increasing access to groundbreaking studies.

* Advocating to keep Alzheimer's research, care and support at the
forefront for national policymakers. Alzheimer's Association
advocacy efforts achieved a $100 million increase in funding
from the National Institute of Health in 2024, which will be
used to advance research and bolster public health programs.
