Wyoming Outdoor Hall of Fame 2025 inductees
Three new inductees will join the ranks of 67 other honorees in the Wyoming Outdoor Hall of Fame: Doug Crowe, Steve Kilpatrick and Jim Zumbo. Recognition is given to people who have worked consistently over many years to conserve Wyoming’s natural resources through volunteer service, environmental restoration, educational activities, audio/visual and written media, the arts and political and individual leadership. Crowe, Kilpatrick and Zumbo will be inducted into the Wyoming Outdoor Hall of Fame at a ceremony in March.

CWD found in Elk Hunt Area 98
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department has detected the presence of chronic wasting disease in an adult female elk from Elk Hunt Area 98. The elk was found dead on the Scab Creek feedground at the end of December. Department personnel investigated and removed the carcass after sampling the elk.

Super Tag raffle deadline this Friday
The Wyoming Super Tag raffle gives hunters an additional pathway to the hunt of a lifetime. Each year, 11 hunters win the opportunity to purchase a license to hunt iconic Wyoming species: bighorn sheep, moose, elk, mountain goat, mule deer or white-tailed deer, wild bison, pronghorn, mountain lion, gray wolf and black bear are all eligible under Super Tag.
