Hey John,
I’m excited to share that we’re adding 25 new LGBTQ candidates to our endorsements list for the 2020 cycle! Despite setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re still on track to endorse more LGBTQ candidates than ever before. Chip in today to show our latest endorsed candidates you’re on their team! Meet the latest slate:

Our newest Game Changer candidate, Debbie Ingram , is running for Lieutenant Governor of Vermont. Though she is facing a contentious primary, Debbie will be the first openly LGBTQ woman elected lieutenant governor in U.S. history when she wins!
We’re also endorsing four new Spotlight candidates: Adrian Tam for the Hawaii House of Representatives, Gia Drew for the Maine House of Representatives, Carrie Hamblen for the New Mexico state Senate and Jimmy Zorrilla for Puerto Rico House of Representatives. Adrian will restore LGBTQ representation to Hawaii (there are zero LGBTQ elected officials in Hawaii right now!), while Gia will be the first openly trans member of the Maine state legislature. Carrie joins our current list of LGBTQ candidates in New Mexico running to unseat anti-choice incumbents and Jimmy will make history as the first openly LGBTQ member of the Puerto Rico state legislature when elected. Previously endorsed candidates Javier Estevez and Ricky Junquera – both running for the Florida House of Representatives – were upgraded to Spotlight endorsements as well. Both candidates are critical to ending the anti-LGBTQ majority in the Florida state House.
During Pride month alone, 72 endorsed candidates will be on the ballot! We're ready to win but we need your help to make history. Chip in today! [[link removed]]

LGBTQ Victory Fund has helped thousands of openly LGBTQ candidates win elections up and down the ballot, from sea to shining sea since our founding in 1991. We believe representation is power so we elected U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Kyrsten Sinema, Governors Jared Polis and Kate Brown, all seven LGBTQ members of U.S. Congress and countless candidates for state and local government, including Virginia Delegate Danica Roem, Colorado state Representative Leslie Herod and Pennsylvania Assemblymember Brian Sims. And with an unprecedented number of LGBTQ people running for office in this year, we’ll need your support to make 2020 the next Rainbow Wave.
