the Trump administration tried to freeze federal grants, and dozens of PA
organizations — serving both 🔴 ➕ 🔵 low-income families — reached out to
John’s office with concerns their funding would be cut off.
And with reports that PA’s Medicaid portal was also offline, John called
for Trump to restore services immediately:

It looks like all the outrage had an effect, because today the White House
just backed down:

John will work with Trump where he can to get wins for PA, but he’ll
*always* fight to stop actions like this that would harm working folks
across the country.
