When Democrats took back the U.S. House in 2018, it was with tons of red-to-blue flips here in California.
When the House Majority was saved in 2020, it was because we were able to fight to hold the overwhelming majority of our ultra vulnerable seats.
And when Democrats narrowed the Republican Majority to a historic low in 2024, it’s because we defied national trends by defending *all* of our vulnerable Democratic districts and flipping three U.S. House seats from red to blue.
It’s safe to say, John, that California is a Majority Maker when it comes to control of the U.S. House of Representatives.
But none of these victories happened by accident. They happened because we prepared and put the necessary infrastructure in place long before Election Day.
