John,
Oregon Democrats are fighting back against Trump's blatantly illegal funding freeze. Our Congressional delegation is raising the alarm and fighting back. Trump cannot steal money that Congress has already appropriated to federal agencies and for federal services. And the Oregon Democrats who YOU have supported and helped send to Congress are doing what it takes to stop him.
"As much as Trump desires it, the President is not a king. As much as Trump desires it, a law is not is not a suggestion. These are not questions of opinion. These are principles at the heart of our Constitutional system." - Senator Jeff Merkley
John, Senator Merkley and ALL of our Democratic Representatives are up for re-election next year, and it's up to us to give them the support they need to win.
Donate now and let's all stand shoulder-to-shoulder to make sure Democrats take back Congress and send a message that Oregon will fight back against Trump's illegal actions! [[link removed]]
Forward together,
Oregon Democrats
