[link removed] [[link removed]] Hey, I know the last couple weeks have been unsettling, and I wanted to reach out personally to share with you the reason that I continue to fight and continue to have hope: you .
Since I launched this campaign for Governor earlier this month, the response has been overwhelming. Thousands of people have joined our team, whether by making a donation, signing up to volunteer, or joining a campaign event.
I am deeply grateful for all of the support. Fighting for you and the people of Colorado keeps me motivated to take on the tough fights every single day—even taking on President Trump to protect Coloradans. Yesterday, I filed a second major lawsuit against his administration—challenging his unilateral, harmful, and unconstitutional cut of critical programs by executive order—everything from critical funding for public safety, to hospitals and medical facilities, to transportation infrastructure funding. And just like the earlier lawsuit I brought challenging President Trump’s unconstitutional attempt to end birthright citizenship, a district judge has already ruled and stopped the unilateral spending cut from going into effect.
I know that together, we can fight for a better future. So I’m hoping before the month ends, that you could make a contribution and stand with our campaign to defend Colorado and our values. Our first end-of-month deadline is on the 31st, and your donation will help us hit our goal: [[link removed]]

Our fundraising goals aren’t just about numbers. They are about showing the strength of this movement and proving that we have the momentum to win this race.
As Attorney General, I have fought to protect Coloradans where they needed me most—making real progress for our communities along the way. I’m putting money back into Coloradans’ pockets and improving our everyday way of life by:
* Protecting consumers: We strengthened the Colorado Consumer Protection Act and led investigations securing over $400 million in relief for Coloradans harmed by scams and fraud.
* Holding Big Pharma accountable: We forced Big Pharma to pay well over $860 million to Colorado for the harm caused by the opioid crisis, with our latest settlement against Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family coming last week.
* Protecting our land, air, and water: We worked to secure $6.6 million in settlement funds for natural resource damages, fought for Colorado’s water rights, and pushed for statewide action on PFAS “forever chemicals.”
Now, I'm running for Governor to keep fighting these big battles and delivering for Coloradans. To make that happen, I need your help to get this campaign off the ground. Join our team to build a better Colorado by making a donation today: [[link removed]]
