Hi team,
The state supreme court race in North Carolina isn’t going to be resolved any time soon. It’s time to prepare for what is shaping up to be a long fight for our democracy.
Back in November, Justice Allison Riggs won re-election. That was the result after all the votes were counted... and recounted... and recounted again. But her opponent is trying to convince a court to invalidate over 60,000 (legally valid) ballots — a brazen attempt to overturn a result he doesn’t like.
It’s mind-blowing that this challenge is even moving forward. And it’s the canary in the coal mine for democracy. No one should be able to throw out legal votes after the election is over, and no one should be able to grind our system to a halt and waste taxpayer dollars because they lost a free and fair election.
All On The Line is in overdrive right now, helping outraged voters on the ground make their voices heard. We’re looking for supporters across the country to fund grassroots action like this in North Carolina and beyond — can you help by rushing in a donation today? → [link removed]

The letter-to-the-editor (LTE) tool we created has helped shine a spotlight on this issue, by amplifying the voices of an electorate whose will is at risk of being overturned. In just the first days since we launched this campaign, we’ve generated nearly 100 letters, covering every corner and every major publication in the state.
LTEs might feel like an old-fashioned tactic, but they still pack a punch when it counts. The public letters sections of newspapers and other outlets are a must-read for most elected officials — the folks who need to see and feel the righteous anger that these anti-democratic actions have inspired.
Rush a donation right now and help amplify the voices of North Carolina voters and propel our grassroots efforts to protect democracy everywhere it’s under attack. → [link removed]
The stakes are sky-high in this fight. Thank you for doing what you can to support our efforts.
