This Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 1 PM Eastern Time, Country First will hold another Day of Action <[link removed]>—a critical opportunity for us to come together and make an impact.

Over the past two Days of Action, thousands of Country First Members joined forces to use their voices, working to be the check and balance on this administration. And the work continues!

Tomorrow, the nominee for FBI Director, Kash Patel, has his Senate confirmation hearing.

The FBI is one of the most prestigious law enforcement agencies in the world, and its director must be a person of impeccable character, integrity, and qualifications. Kash Patel has shown a disdain for the organization he wants to lead. The FBI has long made independence a central tenant, this would evaporate under Kash Patel, who has made clear his priority is loyalty to Donald Trump, nothing more, nothing less.

Today – a Senate Confirmation hearing is happening for RFK Jr. to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.  This position must work to protect the most vulnerable among us. Mr. Kennedy is not up to this task.  Despite not having any relevant experience for this position, perhaps most troubling is his history and willingness to engage in medical misinformation.  As Secretary – this type of behavior could lead to serious health consequences for our population.  

It’s now on us to make sure Senators on the fence hear loud and clear why these nominees are unfit for these critical roles.  We have identified Senators that made be persuadable and will have a script ready for you to use

RSVP for our Day of Action this Thursday <[link removed]>. Volunteers across the country will unite to contact U.S. Senators and demand they oppose these reckless nominations.

This is a pivotal moment, and we need all hands-on deck. Your voice matters. Your actions make an impact. And together, we can send a powerful message: America deserves better.
