Trump Signs Executive Order Banning Chemical Mutilation for Children

National Review: President Donald Trump issued an executive order on Tuesday to ban the chemical and surgical mutilation of children, known among progressive ideologues as “gender-affirming health care.” The act will cut back federal funding for medical institutions that provide puberty blockers, hormone therapies, and surgical mutilations to minors. Trump’s order requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to encourage practices that will “improve the health of minors with gender dysphoria, rapid-onset gender dysphoria, or other identity-based confusion, or who otherwise seek chemical or surgical mutilation,” rather than encourage children to undergo gender transition or hormonal therapy to treat gender dysphoria (National Review). Donald Trump: Today, it was my great honor to sign an Executive Order banning the chemical castration and medical mutilation of innocent children in the United States of America. Our Nation will no longer fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support so-called “gender affirming care,” which has already ruined far too many precious lives. My Order directs Agencies to use every available means to cut off Federal financial participation in institutions which seek to provide these barbaric medical procedures, that should have never been allowed to take place (Truth)!

Trump’s DOJ Dismisses Case Against Texas Doctor for Leaking Children’s Hospital is Performing Trans Surgeries

Just the News: The Trump administration’s quick-hit reversal of its predecessor’s convictions and executive orders spread to a major prosecution Friday, dismissing the eight-month-old criminal case against the whistleblower who exposed Texas Children’s Hospital’s apparent violation of state law by continuing to practice so-called gender affirming care on minors (Just the News). ABC: Prosecutors had said that Dr. Eithan Haim, a 34-year-old surgeon, took the information and shared it with a conservative activist with “intent to cause malicious harm” to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, one of the nation’s largest pediatric hospitals. Haim pleaded not guilty in June to four counts of wrongfully obtaining individually identifiable health information, saying outside the courthouse that he had “done nothing wrong…” Haim, who had been released on bond, faced up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted (ABC).

Karoline Leavitt on How Many of the Illegal Immigrants Are Criminals: “All of them”

Free Beacon: White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said all illegal immigrants are criminals, as they broke U.S. immigration laws. During Leavitt’s first press conference, a reporter asked the new press secretary how many of the 3,500 illegal migrants arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement since President Donald Trump’s January 20 inauguration “have a criminal record versus those who are just in the country illegally” (Free Beacon). Collin Rugg: Karoline Leavitt shuts down reporter who asks a contradictory question regarding which illegal immigrants are being deported. Reporter: “How many have a criminal record, versus those who are just in the country illegally?” Leavitt: “All of them, Because they illegally broke our nation’s laws, therefore they are criminals… I know the last administration didn’t see it that way” (X).

Such a simple explanation. Why could the Biden administration not communicate that to the public? Townhall: Speaking to reporters at the White House Tuesday afternoon, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt delivered a message directly from President Donald Trump about excessive and unidentified drone flights in New Jersey. The flights have been going on for nearly six months. “The drones over NJ were authorized by the FAA for research and various other reasons, and many were hobbyists and recreational. It got worse due to curiosity. This was not the enemy,” Leavitt said during her first official press briefing (Townhall). Political Strategist Chris Jackson: Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum condemns Donald Trump’s attacks on immigrants and stresses: “The Mexicans there sustain the economy of the United States — in the countryside, in services, everywhere” (X)!

California Bill Would Allow Wildfire Victims to Sue Oil, Gas Companies for Climate Change Damages

They are blaming the wildfires on climate change. Can residents also sue California leadership for failing to have the necessary protections in place? Can victims sue over first responders prioritizing the radical social agenda of DEI over protecting them? Hill: A bill introduced in California’s state legislature would make fossil fuel companies legally liable for damages from climate change, similarly to current law holding utilities liable for fires started by their equipment. State Sen. Scott Wiener (D), who co-introduced the bill Monday, said in a statement that the bill would shift the cost burden from climate disasters from homeowners to oil and gas companies…The legislation would also allow the Fair Access to Insurance Requirements (FAIR) Plan, the state’s insurer of last resort, to sue fossil fuel companies to recoup costs rather than passing them onto ratepayers (Hill).

Donald Trump Signs Order to Create an Iron Dome for the United States

National Review: President Donald Trump signed an executive order Monday evening directing the Pentagon to immediately begin construction of an Iron Dome missile defense system modeled after the one that Israel has used during its war with Hamas and other Iran-backed proxies. The U.S. has contributed at least $2.6 billion in funding to Israel’s Iron Dome since 2011 but has not created its own comparable system (National Review). New York Post: Iron Dome maker Rafael — which is tied to the Israeli government — has told The Post that there are ways in which its system could be adapted to protect a nation the size of America. A similar system for the US could use a new technology dubbed the “Iron Beam,” which uses directed energy to neutralize ballistic missiles rather than launching defense rockets (New York Post).

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem Joins ICE in Deportation Efforts in NYC

National Review: Homeland Security secretary Kristi Noem joined Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the wee hours of Tuesday morning as they conducted the first deportation operation in New York City. Noem said ICE agents nabbed an illegal immigrant “with kidnapping, assault & burglary charges,” and promised more criminal aliens would be removed from the streets of NYC (National Review). Trump Halts Shipment Containing $50 Million of Taxpayer-Funded Condemns to Gaza

Katie Pavlich: The White House announced Tuesday it is ending a $50 million taxpayer funded program to send condoms to the Gaza Strip as part of broader cost cutting initiatives at the State Department. So, what were the condoms really used for? To make bombs of course (Townhall). Joe Truzman: Members of terrorist groups in Gaza used all the condoms and helium in 2018-2019 to burn southern Israel (X). Autism Capital: DOGE and OMB (Office of Management and Budget) found that the Biden admin was about to send $37M to the World Health Organization and $50M to fund condoms for Gaza (X). Townhall: “There was about to be $50 MILLION taxpayer dollars that went out the door TO FUND CONDOMS IN GAZA! Trump Invites Netanyahu to White House

BBC: Benjamin Netanyahu has been invited to meet US President Donald Trump at the White House next week, the Israeli prime minister’s office has said… Netanyahu’s office said in a statement that the Israeli PM is the first foreign leader to be invited to the White House during Trump’s second term… The meeting comes as a six-week ceasefire is being observed in Gaza after a deal was struck between Israel and Hamas to halt the war (BBC). New York Post: Netanyahu’s White House invitation was extended as Senate Democrats on Tuesday blocked a Republican effort to advance legislation to sanction the International Criminal Court. The ICC issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant last spring, accusing the officials of using starvation as a weapon of war. The US does not recognize the ICC’s jurisdiction (New York Post).
