Hey John,

Last month, Tina signed an executive order to speed up and improve our state’s infrastructure projects, by working hand in hand with labor unions around the state.

This order is a win for every Oregonian: We’ll see projects completed without delays while using fewer taxpayer dollars, and we’ll standardize wages, benefits, and investments in workers. Governor Kotek is delivering on her commitment to union members and working families across our state.

As Tina said in the executive order,

Oregon will soon embark on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects across the state. With these projects, we have a generational opportunity to lift up Oregon workers and reinforce public trust in our ability to do big things and do them well.Tina Kotek’s administration is taking bold steps to boost our state’s economy and improve our infrastructure – while ensuring fair wages, benefits and working conditions as our state grows. We’ll see our roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects built faster, at a lower cost, with transparent and fair working conditions for workers. This is a huge victory!

Thanks for sharing your support for this order,

Team Tina
