* *Effective date:* Jan. 1, 2025
* *Summary:* As of Jan. 1, 2025, DHS increased the EAA service limit for AC and EW to $21,199.

Webinar announcement: Comprehensive Training on the Assisted Living License and CL Services [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* Providers with licensed assisted living facilities, providers who deliver CL services, lead agencies, case managers (including contracted case managers) and other interested parties

* *Summary:* DHS and the Minnesota Department of Health will review assisted living license requirements and CL policy on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025.
