We are excited to share that Headwaters is now accepting applications for our second Co-Executive Director position.  

This fall, we announced that Headwaters is embracing a shared leadership structure after months of careful consideration. We also welcomed Bilal Alkatout as Headwaters’ first Co-Executive Director. Bilal’s deep-rooted connection to Headwaters and thoughtful leadership has been invaluable in guiding our work as we deepen our support for Minnesota’s movements. 

Today, we are thrilled to begin accepting applications for Headwaters second Co-Executive Director to partner with Bilal to lead Headwaters’ mission to advance equity and justice throughout Minnesota. 

Our search committee, composed of board and staff members, is working with Mighty Consulting, a respected local leader in nonprofit executive placements.
