This race looks very different than what I expected when I kicked off my campaign, but I’m still working hard to stay connected.

I don’t know about you, but I hadn’t even heard of Zoom until a few months ago -- and now we’re holding town halls and meeting with supporters virtually, just about every day.
I’ve held virtual events with constituents in Wilmington, Greensboro, Chapel Hill, Fayetteville, Charlotte, Asheville, Rocky Mount, Durham, and more in the last few weeks.
As much as I wish we could be together in person, it inspires me to see so many North Carolinians coming together to build a better state despite the crisis.
