Thousands of refugees who were slated to travel to the United States in the coming weeks, capping yearslong admissions processes, had their hopes dashed last week when the Trump administration ordered the program halted for at least 90 days, with no definite end date. Some of those were slated to land in Pittsburgh, local advocates say.
