Purpose: TxDOT's Odessa District is proposing improvements to US 285 from FM 1216 to SH 302 in Reeves County, Texas. This notice advises the public that TxDOT is affording an opportunity for a public hearing on the proposed project, which would include widening approximately 18 miles of US 285 to a four-lane divided highway with two lanes in each direction and a proposed new interchange at SH 302.
