<[link removed]>Friend,

FPC just filed a brand-new lawsuit challenging federal laws that prohibit licensed firearm dealers from selling handguns to out-of-state buyers.

Per FPC President Brandon Combs, the case Elite Precision Customs v. ATF is designed to “take on the federal government and fight forward to bring this evil ban scheme to its end.”

FPC is proud to be taking on the despotic ATF and the unconstitutional policies they enforce once again in this important case.

However, more litigation will be needed to fully tear down the Disarmament Regime and restore the people’s fundamental right to keep and bear arms.

Despite the new administration, peaceable people remain subject to evil, immoral gun control laws enforced by jack booted government thugs.

<[link removed]>These despots want to take your guns, ban your right to carry, restrict your magazines, and even prevent you from lawfully purchasing a firearm because of where you live.

It’s time we put a stop to this treason, but we need your strong support now more than ever to sustain the incredible pace of litigation we are undertaking.

With literally DOZENS of active cases like Elite Precision Customs <[link removed]>(which, again, we just filed) it’s imperative that we remain fully funded.

However, please be advised that our January membership contest is wrapping up very soon. And we’ll have to pick a winner in a matter of days.
