Trump Fires 17 Inspectors General Overnight
President Donald Trump reportedly fired 17 inspectors general overnight.
According to multiple outlets, most of the people fired were inspectors Trump had appointed during his first term. They were all notified by email from the White House personnel director that their firing was effective immediately.
“It’s a widespread massacre,” one of the fired inspectors general told the Washington Post. “Whoever Trump puts in now will be viewed as loyalists, and that undermines the entire system.”
The 17 fired represent a significant chunk of the roughly 70 inspectors general operating across the government. Each cabinet department has their own inspector general, and in general their responsibility is to audit agencies in order to detect fraud, waste, and abuse.

Federal diversity, equity, and inclusion hires had to know what was coming when President Donald Trump began his historic second term on Monday by rescinding the executive order that President Joe Biden started his term in 2021 with—one that ordered the promotion of racial preferences throughout his administration.

Trump’s executive order rescinded one that Biden signed on his first day, Jan. 20, 2021, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government,” and which became a harbinger of a four-year obsession with race and sex preferences.
Then, for the next 48 hours, Trump went about systematically dismantling diversity, equity, and inclusion practices throughout the vast federal bureaucracy, federal contractors, and receivers of federal grants.

Trump Just Wiped Out Biden’s Abortion Rights Website
Reproductiverights.gov, the website created by the Biden administration to push their pro-abortion agenda, has been shut down.
This came days after President Donald Trump took office.
President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services brought forward the website in 2022 as a response to the Supreme Court’s historic ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.
As Townhall covered at the time, the website helped underage girls obtain abortions unbeknownst to their parents. This included helping the girls find funding for their abortions.
