Hey John,

April 1 is just 64 days away.

That’s when Wisconsin will elect a new state supreme court justice. And it’s clear that only one candidate will be the pro-democracy justice that the people of Wisconsin deserve.

Today, we endorsed Judge Susan Crawford, our latest Democracy Defender, for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. She’s fought to protect our freedoms — including voting rights and abortion rights — and she’s shown on the bench that she’s a fair, impartial public servant.

Will you chip in right now to support pro-democracy candidates like Judge Crawford and fight crucial state-level battles for fair maps from Ohio to Georgia? [[link removed]]

As Donald Trump unleashes his anti-democratic agenda on our country in the coming four years, many of the efforts to limit his harm and protect our freedoms will take place at the state level. In a battleground state like Wisconsin, the stakes of state supreme court decisions are raised even higher.

As we’re seeing with the effort to block Allison Riggs’ victory in the North Carolina Supreme Court election, the GOP will go to extreme lengths to control state supreme courts. If you’ve read this far about an April judicial election in Wisconsin, then you care enough to chip in and help us fight back.

Your gift today will help elect Democracy Defenders like Judge Crawford, stop gerrymandering, and make a meaningful impact for fair electoral maps for years to come. [[link removed]]

Thanks for staying aware and involved in this crucial race in Wisconsin.

More to come,
