Trump’s return to the White House threatens to reshape New York in ways we can’t ignore.

Critical issues – like protecting Medicare and Medicaid funding, civil rights, and economic policies that work for everyday Americans – are at risk. These aren’t just political debates, they’re challenges that touch New Yorkers’ daily lives.

Look, we can’t count on a Republican-controlled House or Senate to stand up to extremism or hold this administration accountable – that’s just the truth.

We need strong Democratic leaders to stand up for New Yorkers from every walk of life, and to do so with love, compassion, and a commitment to what is fair and just. I’m ready to be that leader.

That’s why I’ve been on the frontlines of protecting our state against the extremism and danger that this administration poses to working families.

But this isn’t a fight that I can take on solo, and I’m hoping that’s where you’ll come in.
