Team,

The Trump administration is already implementing cruel policies, and we know more are soon to come — from mass deportations to the rollback of fundamental rights. Our communities are facing serious threats, making it more important than ever that we all understand our rights and know how to exercise them.

To help our communities stay informed and prepared, we’ve developed comprehensive Know Your Rights (KYR) resources and explainers in multiple languages and on a range of topics, including:

What to do if you’re arrested or detained by immigration enforcement

Safely protesting as an immigrant

How employers can prepare if ICE comes to their business

Friend, we encourage you to explore these resources, share them with your loved ones, and take action to stay protected. We recommend you bookmark this page, and check back regularly, as we will be publishing additional explainers and KYR resources in the weeks and months to come.

Advancing and defending immigrants’ rights is at the heart of what we do — every day, all year round. Together, we can build stronger, more informed communities.
