Beginning April 1, 2025, the following new local taxes are administered by the Department of Revenue:  

• Blackduck Sales and Use Tax 0.5% 
• Chanhassen Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Detroit Lakes Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Dilworth Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Henderson Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Hibbing Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Jackson County Sales and Use Tax 1.0%
• Monticello Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Richfield Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Stearns County Sales and Use Tax 0.375%
• Stillwater Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
• Winona County Sales and Use Tax 0.25%
• Woodbury Sales and Use Tax 0.5%
