In almost 94% of House of Representatives elections, the candidate who spends more wins. Unfortunately, it’s that simple.

Money shouldn’t be the reason our candidates win or lose — but it is a huge factor in our elections.

So when we say that Democratic candidates need our support, it’s not just empty words.

And when we say we’re behind on our fundraising for the month, and we may have to scale back our efforts to support candidates and flip GOP-held seats, that may mean the difference between flipping the House in 2026 or letting the GOP have control of all three chambers for all of Trump’s presidency.
