Building on Momentum

This month, we’re preparing for the challenges ahead by strengthening relationships, securing resources, and advancing key initiatives:

* Strategic Planning: We ended 2024 by meeting with lawmakers to ensure school safety remains a top priority in the new legislative session. This year, we’re reconnecting with past sponsors to safeguard our accomplishments, amplify our message, and champion new bills that prioritize safety at every level of government.

* Advocacy Leadership: We’re proud to share that Stand With Parkland President Tony Montalto, is serving on the Federal School Safety Clearinghouse External Advisory Board [[link removed]] , contributing to national efforts to improve K-12 safety practices. Congratulations to Tony for representing Stand With Parkland and playing a key role in this important initiative!

* Expanding School Safety Partnerships: We’re partnering with school districts to implement innovative safety measures and improve emergency preparedness. Learn more about our programs here [[link removed]] .

We’re making 2025 the year we eliminate fear from our nation’s schools, creating a future where students have access to vital mental health support, schools are equipped with effective tools for threat prevention and rapid response, and firearms are responsibly owned and kept out of the wrong hands – especially those of children.

Together, we can make a real impact in the months ahead.

Thank you,

Stand With Parkland

P.S. Consider sustaining our momentum with a monthly gift! Whether you can give $5, $10, or $50, your consistent support equips us with the resources needed to take our message straight to lawmakers. [[link removed]]
