Before we answer them, we want to remind you of something very important: Trump's strategy right now is to overwhelm us. He and his MAGA followers want us to exhaust ourselves responding to every ridiculous thing he does. This fight for our future is a MARATHON, not a sprint. Now, let’s address some of your concerns:
How much can we really do when Republicans control the White House, the Senate, and the House of Representatives?
We won’t lie to you: The road ahead is going to be challenging. And the likelihood of being able to stop everything Trump and his MAGA cronies try to push through Congress isn't high.
But that doesn’t mean Trump gets a free pass to do whatever he wants. Republicans’ majorities in the House and Senate are slim. And not every Republican has been willing to bow down to Trump’s demands.
So what do we do? We keep applying pressure!
It's up to us to let our elected officials know what we won't tolerate. And trust us when we say, members of Congress care way more about getting reelected than about pleasing a president in his final term of office.
What about the Supreme Court?
It’s true — the far-right majority on the Supreme Court has cost us student loan relief, abortion access, affirmative action, and much more.
So we’re going to apply pressure on Congress to hold the Court accountable. Passing judicial reform measurements like the TERM Act will be critical in our fight against Trump and his MAGA allies.
But we’re up against powerful people with so much money!
Yes. And?
Look, we know it’s scary. Elon Musk alone spent at least $133 million bankrolling Trump’s campaign. The inauguration was a who's who of billionaires kissing Trump's ass. They've made it clear that they’re only interested in their bottom line.
But when we stand up, work together, and reject the status quo, we make progress a reality. So we’re keeping up the fight for corporate accountability and demanding that the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share.
