Colorado Republicans,
We have a busy week in Colorado! As President Trump works to rid our state of illegals and end the trans agenda, a defiant Colorado legislature and school boards hell-bent on harming kids continue to defy our President's orders.

In Durango, School District 9R is violating federal laws by promoting the trans fetish at every turn. This Tuesday, the Board plans to sanction the BLM and trans flags as protected speech. This is a direct violation of the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause and will eventually land these rogue school board members in court and bankrupted, and they are free to make the choice to destroy their own lives, which they seem resolute on doing. In the meantime, we need to take a stand. If you're able, please attend the Durango 9R School Board meeting this Tuesday at 5:30 PM. To make a public statement, arrive no later than 4:00 PM to secure a spot in line, as the first 10 participants will be allowed to speak. We must show up in force to hold these Board members accountable. When these Board members cause their schools to lose federal funding and land themselves in court, we must be able to say we stood for kids when they were harming them.

On Tuesday of this week in Denver, we need as many of you to testify as possible against the Assault Weapons Ban. This unconstitutional bill will be destroyed in court, but we want to make some noise and show these Democrats this will not stand in our state.

SB25-003 the 2025 "Assault Weapons" Ban will be heard Tuesday (01/28/2025) at 2 PM before the Senate State Affairs Committee!

Joe DiBasio, a leader in the Libertarian Party, will speak about his work on the Chainsaw Caucus and how he anticipates the GOP and Libertarian parties working together in 2025.

Kristy Davis, Chair of Moms for Liberty, will update us on the federal ruling to undo Biden's woke Title IX Ruling. ALL Colorado Schools are now out of compliance and must follow the law. There are only two genders.

Kim Monson of Colorado Union of Taxpayers will uncover the 2024 CUT ratings and what they mean for legislation in 2025.
