2025 State of the State Address Media Schedule
JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Governor Mike Kehoe will deliver the 2025 State of the State Address tomorrow, Tuesday, January 28 at 3 p.m. Below is a full media schedule for the day’s events.
The speech will be live-streamed on Governor Kehoe's Facebook page, the State of Missouri's Facebook page, and mo.gov/live. An overflow area to view the live-stream will be located in Hearing Room 3 in the State Capitol.
Media will receive a press release prior to the start of the 2025 State of the State Address with an embargoed copy of the speech.
Attached is an instruction sheet to access the satellite the day of the address.
UPDATE: The original two media briefings have been combined into one briefing.

What: Budget Overview Briefing and State of the State Preview
Where: Joint Hearing Room (Room 117)
State Capitol
Media: Embargoed and on Background until Start of Speech
*Budget Director Dan Haug and the Office of Administration's Division of Budget & Planning team will give an overview of Governor Kehoe's FY2026 General Revenue Budget.
Governor Kehoe's Staff and Cabinet Leaders will give a background briefing of State of the State budget and legislative priorities.
Media will receive embargoed copies of the budget summary.
