Friends,
Democrats face a problem in 2020: how to best reach voters in swing states, where Donald Trump currently has a narrow lead.
Democratic VP contender Stacey Abrams has a solution -- stop trying to convince white moderates to vote for Joe Biden and instead prove to voters of color that their vote matters. It looks like the former Georgia House Minority Leader wants to reach the so-called “Obama Coalition” that propelled the former president to the White House twice but did not show up in droves for Hillary Clinton. It could be a winning strategy.
But Trump has already made Abrams a target, calling her “one of the most extreme, far-left politicians in the entire country” and saying she would “have Georgia turn into Venezuela.” With almost 44% of likely voters still supporting Trump, and given what’s at stake this November, we need to know:
Would you vote for a potential Biden/Abrams ticket?
