With a new President in the White House – officially completing the Republican trifecta in Washington – many of our fundamental freedoms are sure to come under threat in new and outrageous ways.

Each and every one of us – including you – has a role to play to ensure our rights and values are protected over the next four years. That’s why, as we prepare for the fight ahead, I’m personally asking for your feedback. Will you complete my exclusive new DGA 2025 Focus Group by midnight tonight?

John, if the past few years have taught us anything, it’s the importance of Democratic governors. We’ve stepped up to serve as the last line of defense against far-right extremism, from Governor Katie Hobbs repealing Arizona’s 1864 abortion ban to Governor JB Pritzker banning book bans in Illinois to Governor Tony Evers increasing education funding in Wisconsin for centuries with a stroke of his veto pen.

And here in Michigan, I’ve strengthened protections for women, IVF, and surrogacy, and repealed Michigan’s extreme anti-abortion law – just days ago, I signed a commonsense 16-bill package expanding access to contraception and reducing excessive barriers to reproductive health care.

We’re ready to stand once again as a xxxxxx against the far-right attacks that are sure to come – and ready to elect more Democratic governors in the nearly 40 races on the ballot in 2025 and 2026 – but we can’t do so without understanding where grassroots supporters like you stand on the issues that matter most.

So I’m personally asking for your help in formulating a winning strategy. Will you complete my exclusive 2025 Focus Group before 11:59 p.m. tonight to help us hone in on the priorities of Democrats across the country and defeat far-right extremism?
